As an architect with a penchant for historical charm and coastal landscapes, my stay at Villa Ankora in Dubrovnik was a blend of luxury and practicality. the apartment's proximity to the Old Town, along with a nearby supermarket, made grocery runs convenient. the well-equipped kitchen and ironing facilities provided a sense of home, essential for a business traveler like me. the outdoor pool offered a refreshing break, though I wished for more outdoor dining options to enjoy the Croatian vistas. In terms of luxury, the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV were appreciated but could be elevated with additional VIP services or a fitness center. the absence of pets and a non-smoking policy contributed to a serene environment, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. Overall, Villa Ankora strikes a balance between cost and luxury, making it a practical choice for those seeking convenience and comfort in Dubrovnik.
